We have had a bank contact us about a repossession of an RV. We did not give info, but did let the owner know we were contacted. He brought his keys to our office and said to let the bank have it... What should we do or don't do? Is there legal paperwork for us to get the owner to sign? Should ...

Yes. we did the same....but you shouldn't make it sound like you want them to look for things at your property. That isn't the goal... One of our owners made such comments and they have not been back! It should be strictly for their benefit of having an area to train their K-9 partners. Your benefit ...

We have used both and gravel/caliche, as long as it doesn't have huge rocks in it, works better for us. Yes, there is dust when dry, but it tends to not have the pitting and coming apart that the milled asphalt has. Thank you JoLea! We have had all effected make local law enforcement reports for their own claims. We have had same reaction from our deputies...very hard to find these guys! These guys were all covered up also. And then, if they are caught, there is no way to get them to pay or the property back...and ...

SO sad! We have been hit by catalytic converter thieves... It was just a matter of time. Is there a good protocol? Things we should or should not do in the eyes of Insurance or Law?
