    I really enjoyed listening to Anne and getting her expertise on how to read and understand a management summary report. One major thing I took away from the webinar was how to narrow down a specific date for payment with delinquent tenants. I like how she put the "pressure" on the tenant by guiding them choose a specific time and date on when they would be able to make a payment. 

    It's always a joy listening to the famous Hat Lady! Thanks for a great educational webinar, Anne.

    I enjoyed the webinar, lots of information and was easy to keep up with the way that Anne broke down each slide and explained with examples and what we're supposed to be doing. I love learning as much as I can to further my knowledge in this industry. One topic I enjoyed and will be able to apply to my everyday job is ways to speak to tenants about their late payments. Thank you for the amazing presentation!

    I enjoyed it as well. I love how she brought up the Marketing Survey in Sitelink. Understanding who your competition is within a specific mile radius can be extremely helpful when changing your Standard rates. I like how she wouldn't put a special on a specific unit that she had a lot of, she would just raise the rent on all the units that were occupied. Smart idea!
