I'm trying to decide between crushed concrete, and lime stone, or some other type of gravel for my roads in my facility. Can somebody share what would create the least amount of dust?  I realize asphalt or concrete wood be farsuperior, but my budget will probably not support that at this time.  This would be in the Houston area.

We have an outdoor storage facility where  asphalt millings were spread over the mucky red dirt here in East Texas. Montgomery County.

We have used both and gravel/caliche, as long as it doesn't have huge rocks in it, works better for us. Yes, there is dust when dry, but it tends to not have the pitting and coming apart that the milled asphalt has. You never know what will be in the milled asphalt unless they make sure they get all metal and trash out of it before selling it to you. If you can get it pressed down or rolled out evenly, its better also!

We just feel gravel/caliche was better for our situation.

*Note: NEVER buy asphalt from the guys who go around selling left overs from near-by jobs!!
