I would like to have feedback from Easy Self Storage Solutions users that are currently using the Safe lease tenant protection plan integrated with ESS. I am considering using them instead of the ESS tenant protection plan. Safe lease offers a higher percentage share. Thank you.

Does anyone use a collection agency that reports to a credit bureau? If so can you recommend one. We had a local agency but they closed. Charles, can you set up your software to recognize the credit card payments and automatically charge the convenience fee or do you have to manually charge on each customer that uses a credit card? Sent from my iPhone

I have asked for this update to the Easy Self Storage software but I guess there aren't enough people that have asked for this feature yet. They say to use the Fee option but this would be manual and hard to keep up with.
