Let's talk about self storage.

We currently use Nationwide as our insurance provider, filed a claim, and they are now dropping us.  Our insurance broker said she got another quote for our account, but they have to write a separate policy to cover Wind/Hail and that minimum premium is $25k, which is in addition to the property and liability premium.  Can you share who you are using to cover your facility?

HI Allen,

Insurance options are dependent on the location and the type of facility you have.  Depending on the area, I have no problems with writing policies with wind coverage.
