Let's talk about self storage.

Has anyone heard of CCStorage? I believe they are based in Duncanville PA.  I am considering changing my software to them.  The software I currently have is increasing their fees (again) and tech support is foreign not to mention the response time can be a day or two.  My biggest beef is the fact they will not work with me on surcharges of credit cards.  CCStorage appears to have the solution I need, but I don't know much about them.
