We answer the phones ourselves. Most people rent online and need no assistance. Once they rent a unit we get a text that it has been rented and we contact them to setup their personal gate code and answer any questions they might have. The call volume is very low and I just feel like we can provide better service than a call center can.

I have not heard of them and will need to look into it. I just set up our VOIP with Vonage.

We aren't using a traditional call center for most of our properties but we are using Call Manager Pro for one of them. We are using Ring Central for VOIP phone services.
