    Hello again.  I know I have been asking a lot of questions, but I so appreciate those of you who have been responding.  Your information is very helpful.  I'd love to hear from any of you who can recommend 1) a call center service you are happy with and 2) a VOIP service for your phone line?

    We aren't using a traditional call center for most of our properties but we are using Call Manager Pro for one of them. We are using Ring Central for VOIP phone services.

    So, do you answer the phones yourself?  Have you been happy with Call Manager Pro? 
    I have not heard of them and will need to look into it.  I just set up our VOIP with Vonage.

    We answer the phones ourselves. Most people rent online and need no assistance. Once they rent a unit we get a text that it has been rented and we contact them to setup their personal gate code and answer any questions they might have. The call volume is very low and I just feel like we can provide better service than a call center can.
