Hi, I submitted to city a preliminary site plan for 17k SF (divided into 5 buildings, attached site plan) non-climate drive up facility, I was told I need to include an office and restroom as well as fire sprinklers,
Does anyone have a case / "legal" precedent I can use to argue for "NOT" providing either, does TSSA have a resident expert than can assist me with this?
I am planning to provide electrical only for a sign, exterior (wall pack) lighting and a gate motor, No water service, a 96 gallon roll away (residential style) trash container, they are also requiring a 3 wall masonry trash enclosure with a steel gate....

PS they said I also need to provide parking for 5 bicycles and 5 foot sidewalk in the front, I am next to farmland
