Let's talk about self storage.

I am curious to know if anyone has experienced recent break ins.  I have heard that several facilities in the Waco/Austin/Kyle area have experienced this lately and, while we haven't had a break-in, wonder if this is going to be an ongoing issue with the economy. 

We did have two tenants attempt to live in their unit recently.  Are you having this happen more often as we have only experienced this in the past two months?

We havent had any break-ins but nothing in Austin would surpise me.

APD is short 400 police officers (and counting) and they won't respond to a property crime or robbery unless it's "still in progress."
