  • 1.  Background Checks

    One of our properties is becoming heavy with individuals who have a history of theft or narcotic charges. I was wondering if anyone does criminal background checks on renters. If so, what programs do you use to do these checks?

    I encourage the local sheriffs office to use my facility for the training of the K9 unit. Background checks are no longer needed for some reason. They kinda weeded themselves out.

    I have offered that as well with no response as of yet, but I do state that K9 has access to train to all renters.  At one of our properties, we had access to a local background source free of charge, however it is not available in other cities. May have to pay to search backgrounds.
