Has anyone worked with Adverank to help boost your website visibility?    It seems like their services could be done directly with Google.  Please share your experience and other methods of improving website visibility.

We have used Adverank and they are a tremendous help. Majority can be done on your own with Google but there recommendations helped us boost ratings very quickly without going overboard on a budget that google wanted us to use. We work very closely with Jason with them and he is always very helpful and responsive. We have been working with them for about a year now with 9 of our locations and it brought us up into the top 3 on google.
