David, property taxes is one of my most frustrating experiences…every time. Forces you to really pay attention to rate increases or you just make less money. The new law capping the increase you pay from year over year is going to help but that cap still means a 20% increase annually is possible if not likely. Create the value at your property so your rate increases are more accepted by your customers. Good luck and keep going.
