I have a past tenant who called in to rent a unit again. I sent him the paperwork via DocuSign for signature but he never signed it. I called him several times & he kept promising to stop by & sign the lease. He never did. It's been 5 months & he only made 3 payments. His account is getting ready to go into foreclosure. However, since he never moved in or signed paperwork can I just close the account & rent the unit out to a new tenant? I kept the balance on the account & sent him a final invoice for last month.
