  • 1.  TSSA Lease Formatting

    Has anyone heard whether TSSA has discussed updating the Self-Storage Rental Agreement format for a better electronic/mobile signing experience?

    The lease prints great and works well as a paper document, but the HTML version used in SiteLink gives us some issues. On mobile devices, the formatting can be difficult to read, and the signed PDF often ends up with awkward spacing, blank areas, and an overall poor signing experience.

    Has anyone else experienced this in SiteLink? If so, have you found a good solution or best practice for improving the customer signing experience while still using the TSSA lease?

    I'd be interested to hear what other operators are doing.

    I have not heard anything about TSSA revising the electronic version of the lease.  In our case, we ended up modifying the HTML formatting ourselves.  I have some HTML coding experience, so I was able to make the updates internally.

    Turns out, its not TSSA at all. It's purely Sitelink. They've said the HTML editor is 25 years old. There are no docs for it. They advised to use RTF, said there is a feature request for an update but no current plans of updating.
