To avoid antitrust violations we do not allow members to discuss fees in the TSSA community.
The fees in these fields should be a reasonable estimate of your time and overhead.
When considering the fees in Paragraph 4, you may want to picture yourself in the position of having to justify those fees to not only your tenants, but a judge or jury. You would have to prove to the judge or jury that your late fees are not "unconscionable" and that they represent a reasonable estimate of your damages.
