Hey all!!! Insurance is one of our biggest expense lines. We are forming an Insurance Task Force. This will be a work group that is made up of self storage owners and an Insurance Broker. Goal is to provide the top 10 questions you need to ask your broker and your banker to determine what you need to ask leading up to renewal.
