Is the mobile version of Hummingbird still giving you issues? They released an update a few months ago that brought a lot of functionality to the mobile version of the property management software. There are some more involved workflows that still don't perform like I would hope, but it's at least somewhat usable for easy workflows (checking a gate code, reading the notes, taking a payment, etc.) It used to be terrible, so it was a major improvement from that standpoint.

We switched to Tenant Inc about two years ago and I like tenant on the customer side, I hate it on the operator side when you are on your cell phone. I wish they would get it working that you can easily do tasks from your cell phone. I have had more than one occasion where I've had to move someone out and had to wait to get back home (we don't have an office) to complete the task. Prior to this we had ESS and we had issues with tenants getting error messages and unsafe website messages. The software integration from one to the other wasn't exactly smooth, but I'll still take tenant over ESS.

We have used EasyStorage for many, many years, I am assuming they were purchased. In the last couple of years the customer service has not been good...at all. I am happy with the software, it meets all my needs and seems to be very good. I am very frustrated when I have to call support(not very often). I am not sure if making a change is worth the bad customer service issues. Any suggestions.. I am a Boat and RV storage only
