  • 1.  Shopping for Commercial Insurance

    Wondering if there are members who have used Self Storage Alliance Owners Insurance (www.ssoia.org) to shop for & purchase commercial insurance.  We're a small rural Mom & Pop facility, and over the years our insurance broker has yet to view our facility.  I want to make sure we have realistic coverage on our buildings and would like some guidance on replacement/re-building costs, etc.  Thanks in advance.

    I am in contact and currently getting a quote. My current policy was quoted to increase more than double from my current carrier, and they wanted to exclude any wind related damage! Paul Divis reached out to me from ssoia.org. I filled out the online form...
