    We are in the process of raising our rates on customers who have never had a rate increase. We have several customers with multiple units and would like input as to if anyone gives mulit unit discounts and if so, what is the percentage that you give?

    We give multi-unit discounts on occasion...typically a 15% discount on any units after the first one.

    That is what I was thinking of doing, but I wanted to see if any others were doing it. I have several customers that have 3 and 4 units, so I wanted to give some type of discount for them. Thank you for your response.
