I enjoyed the deep dive into each report and getting to understand the information and numbers better.
I appreciated Anne's tip on how to handle late paying customers. Make the customer give you a date and time on when they will be paying so they feel obligated to check "make storage payment" off their to do list.
Another fun tip was learning how to create a "perceived discount" when you are looking at changing prices.
My last takeaway was making sure you strike up a conversation with your customer during the move in and move out survey as this data can help determine who, what, when and where. Don't guess, this is your first and last chance to make an impression on your customer!
