Hello everyone!
Perhaps someone can offer some insight on a matter we have. At our facility once someone crosses the 45 day mark of not making a payment they enter into the foreclosure process. We normally hire someone to cut the locks we have for that particular month ($10.00 per lock). We hire someone as to not have issues legally. However, we are wondering if this is even needed? Can we as site managers cut foreclosed locks without hiring a outside party? What are some normal practices for other facilities?
