Let's talk about self storage.

Has there been any organized response to this disaster within the Texas Self-Storage community? The facility I manage is about 30 miles from Kerrville, in Pipe Creek and I want to assist in whatever capacity is needed. Its still a bit chaotic in the area as far as as finding out how to help or how to donate in ways other than financial, so any info or suggestions are appreciated.

As soon as we have more information from the members impacted, we hope to share how we can help them. If you are near areas impacted and are able to offer support, we encourage you to send a message here as a way to connect our members with one another.

If you have been impacted, please let us know what TSSA and your fellow members can do for you now.

I contacted the City of Bandera a few miles away and registered our facility as a local donation drop off/collection site for items needed for those directly impacted as some local agencies are are already out of space to temporarily store emergency items.
