Let's talk about self storage.

Who has recommendations on Insurance provider for a facility.  My current provider, for GL during build, does not offer Sale & Disposal Liability.  I am required to carry this for my loan.

I have been using Chris Nuccio with BKCW out of Kileen for many years.  He has access to all the carriers.  Some insurance brokers will tell you they have a new secret source for self-storage insurance.  I have not found that to be true.  companies writing ss policies are fewer now than 5 years ago meaning less competition and therefore higher premiums.  Reach Chris at 512-577--739 cell.
