I have a friend that works conventions at the George Brown convention center in Houston. Drive up 10x15 or 10x20. He has been storing at one of the REITS. Rent went from $120 to $350. I suggested he stick with a local operator who is more reasonable on rates and increases. Is there anyone in the general vicinity of the Brown Convention Center that can help?
