Let's talk about self storage.

We have seven locations in three cities with a mix of Door King and Liftmaster gate operators and Sentinel and Storable access keypads.  A couple of years ago we started using a gate operator repairman recommended by the fence company we have been dealing with for years.  At first he was great!  He's a one man shop so I try to be patient but lately it's like pulling teeth to get him to reply to texts or phone calls and it takes an act of Congress to get him to show up.  

I am hoping someone can recommend a reasonable and reliable gate operator repair service for San Antonio.  It would be nice if they know keypads, too, because they tend to point fingers at each other if something isn't working right.  Right now our problem is with a year old Liftmaster gate operator.
