  • 1.  Feasibility Studies - Any recommended fimrs?

    We are considering using an outside source to conduct a few feasibility studies for properties the company owns in TX.  Does the group have any recommendations of firms that are clear eyed in their assessments (i.e.,  they don't look at every market and say of course, more storage can easily be absorbed).  Thanks in advance.

    We have used James Stratton, Stratton Research for more than 2 decades. He does a very thorough analysis that we have found trustworthy.
