  • 1.  Anyone using the new towing law successfully?

    I'm trying to see if there is anyone out there who is using or has used the new towing law. Just wondering about the gap between the approved "law" and the actual reality of it for us owners/managers.

    Yes several times.

    it took some education for the VSF at first but once they have it understood, they have done of great the last few times we have had to tow a vehicle.

    We have used it a couple of times and had no issues. The first time the only obstacle we ran into was finding a towing service that would come and get the junked out RV we needed removed. I would have to check with 2 others in my upper management but I think we have used it 3 or 4 times so far.

    It's even worth having your current tenants sign a new lease with that verbiage in there to be honest.
