Acquired, built and sold a portfolio of 11 storage facilities from 2011 to 2019 (traditional storage, Boat/RV, and large enclosed commercial units. Purchased a Class A Boat/RV facility near Fort Worth (VIP - Aledo, 183 open, covered and enclosed units) in 2020 and acquisition of another in the Austin MSA will be completed in April 2021 (360 units open, covered and enclosed units). Also, provides third party growth track revenue enhancement and management services for Boat/RV Class A and B projects.
