How soon to send notice to tenants that we are selling the business? 

Should I include the new owner information?

This would really fall on the new owner to notify the tenants of any new lease, rates, facility rules, etc. We can provide the new owner with some resources on this when they are ready.

Typically yes this is the responsibility of the buyer. If you still feel the need to send your own notice, do not send until the day of closing.
