Let's talk about self storage.

We are about to significantly expand our specialty product: boat, RV and commercial storage. I am seeking experienced storage people including an acquisition manager for existing properties, project developer, site feasibility and acquisitions and project construction manager. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to find people for these positions?

Recently another owner/operator reached out to me with similar needs. I posted on LinkedIn for him and received quite a few inquiries. I think he may be moving forward with some of the candidates I sent to him. Jim McGuffin from Hirewell also recently reached out to me.
