    Hi Everyone,
    I have a, now, ex-tenant.  I was wondering if there was any bad tenant lists out there?  This person used his storage as a garbage dump for his business.  I have, via multiple forms of communication, asked for past due rent and now a clean up fee.  

    I am posting because I have a feeling this person goes from storage facility to storage facility.  Once he fills up the unit, he leaves without notice.  I am hoping by sharing his name, other owners don't get stuck with his garbage in the future.

    He has a window film business. 

    Anyhow, just putting it out there.....

    I think this is a great idea. But is there any potential legal blowback? I've got several former tenants that need to be on this list.

    now that is a great idea...
    TSSA starting a Bad Tenant List.
    U-Haul has an E-Alert list which does something similar but the challenge is to have managers and CSR's check the list before renting each and every time.  I have a challenge getting CSR's to capitalize names on new rentals which is a pet peeve of mine.
