    When COVID first hit we went remote for a week. Once we had our layers of protection in place we went back to our regular business hours. Layers of protection meaning... masks, shields, signage, contactless leasing (Go TSSA for their quick set up!), and disinfecting supplies.

    We have different hours for each location driven by our budget at each facility.  So the larger the budget the more working hours are available.  Our largest facility is open 8:30 AM - 6 PM M-F and 8:30AM - 2 PM Sat.  Our smallest facility is staffed M, W, F 9-AM - 4PM.  Someone is on call at each facility 24/7.

    COVID did not affect our hours however, we did keep our leasing office doors locked ( with the manager working inside) until we would purchase PPE and sanitizing supplies, which was approximately two weeks.

    Hi! We are a one facility operation, family-owned and run :) We closed the office down and went remote for about a month last year when Covid hit in March. Once mask orders went into place, we opened the office back up with masks, hand sanitizers and Clorox wipes! Luckily we had a decent supply of those wipes before the crazy hit and they all disappeared, ha! Anyway, once we opened up, our hours went back to normal, which is 9am to 5pm Mon thru Sat.
