We use AI for Google review responses, generating content marketing ideas with posting schedules, getting ideas on dealing with "sticky" situations with customers/vendors. It's great for coming up with a marketing plan, or really "brainstorming" anything. We currently manually look up competitor rates (goal is once a month but it's more like every other month), but will be switching to Cubby software and utilizing their automated competitor pricing soon. They also offer algorithms to manage rates based on your occupancy, current rates and marketing rates by unit size. While everything is manual, I'd say I focus 70% on our current occupancy to drive pricing, and 30% on competitor pricing, specials and fees.
