This would include acquisitions, debt refinance, partnership buyouts, and new ground up construction utilizing the SBA 7a or SBA 504 product. Many owners/brokers/sellers are unaware that self-storage is SBA eligible.
I can provide these financings for 0%-10% down, 25 years amortization, no balloon, and lower rates than industry. I can also fix the rate for 5 years then 5-year adjustment periods.
