  • 1.  Self Storage Insurance

    We have had our insurance increase phenomenally over the past two years.  100% increase from 2022 to 2023 and now about 130% increase from 2023 to 2024.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Maybe we have the wrong insurance company?

    I am not sure what dramatically means to you. Mine went up about 14% last year.  From conversations with others in the industry that seemed to be below average.  I use Chris Nuccio with BKCW , his cell is 512-829-3002.  I have used him for 20 years and he always comes in very competitive. You can tell him Doug refered you.
