Let's talk about self storage.

Is it typical to get an inspection on a self-storage facility once you're in contract? If so, what do they look at (assuming perhaps the roof and foundation since they probably won't have access to the units)? And on average what does it cost? My house inspector said he can look at my facility, but would I need a special inspector instead--any recommendations? Thanks.
