    Hi,
I have an RV & Boat Storage Facility with about a 1 acre rectangle of just cleared open space.  I want to maximize the number of spots & lengths I can offer.  Widths will be 12'. They will most likely be back-in spots.
    My questions:
    1. Do I design with 60 or 30 degree spaces?
    2. How wide do the middle aisles need to be for up to 35' spot and up to 65' spot?
    3. How wide do the end aisles need to be (for turning)?

I'm open to any comments or thoughts!!

    Thank you,

I prefer 40' driveways with 45 degree spaces.  50' turning radius on the corners.  I would also recommend 13' or 14' wide spaces at 30',40', & 50' lengths.  Double check with your engineer on site plan that will satisfy fire Marshall requirements on turn radius and drives.  Hope this helps!
