Subject: NW Houston Notice for Liens
Hello everyone, we recently took over a facility in Tomball, TX (far northwest Harris County). We have owned the facility for 61 days and inherited two tenants with very large balances. Both had been in communication with us initially but we have not been able to get in contact with either of them in 30 days and the balances are getting to insurmountable levels. We have decided it is time to move forward with the lien process. What newspaper are people in that area using for notice? The Houston Chronicle seems like massive overkill, but the legal requirement is circulation in the county as opposed to the city, so a Tomball weekly circular doesn't seem right either.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks!
