We are looking to add a GM to run a 700 unit facility that also includes retail sales and U-Haul truck rentals.
We are a busy facility.
I would like to know what compensation range would be? We currently pay staff a bonus based on retail targets and since we just added onto our facility, we pay a bonus based on units rented per month.
The GM would receive a profit bonus after we get to lease up (85% occupancy).
We do not have on-site living quarters and never will.
Also, we are looking for an asst. manager as well. What should that pay be?
