    I have been approached by White Label Storage for managing my self storage facility in Bryan TX.  It seems like an interesting concept and they sent me detailed spreadsheet for a year projection.
    Has anyone used them or use another management company for their storage facility?

    I have spoken to White Label and several others thus far about managing two of my family's storage facilities in a nearby state.  I found their details very scant in the proposal, and I would be very interested to hear what others' experience with them and other third party management companies has been.
