I am considering the Janus NoKey system.  It is expensive and I am certain laborious to have it installed.  So then comes the reliability and the ability for customers to use it reliably and consistently.

Who has installed it?

Please describe your experience and describe how you rolled it out to your customers.

How much labor was involved in training staff and tenants?

How many times do you have technical issues?

Do you wish you had just stayed with the mechanical slide lock and customer's lock system?

How did it integrate with your software?

At the end of the day was it a blessing or a curse???

David, have you gotten any feedback or made the jump yourself? I'm curious as well. I definitely see the upside to it, but it's expensive. It's hard to make the leap of faith when the risk is high if you have to revert back!
