Excess proceeds from online auction

    Good morning,

    I have tenant whose two units just went to auction. One unit sold with excess proceeds. It is possible to apply these proceeds to the remaining balance on the other unit rather than returning them to the tenant? Both units have separate leases but tied together in SiteLink.
