Let's talk about self storage.

Hello,

Tenant moved into a unit and made the prorated April payment. Since then, she had two failed payment attempts due to insufficient funds. She made a third payment (unprompted from us) end of May and then proceeded a few days later to pack up and clean out the unit. She gave her move-out notice (at the time she was all caught up) and now her payment has once again been returned for insufficient funds. There is nothing to send to auction so in this case, what do we do? Send to collections somehow or are we just stuck at a loss for now? I reached out and of course, no response yet.
